why do we need police officesrs here that r getting paid to sit there that are doing nothingfor pelican bay i would fell safer with a nighborhood watch. My step dad was ran over like i think back in september could of been october we told the cops that the guy that ran him over is going to run they didnt believe us, then a week later they told us he ran to mexico. then the other day passing luckie ladies we saw the guy who did taat to my dad and his truck driving passed. then while my step dad layed in the hospital with his wounds someother guy stole every thing from us the cops told us we had to find the evidence by our self so we did not them n after we did they still didnt do any thing we never did got our stuff back. the two guys the one that ran my step dad over and the guy who stole our stuff nothing happend to them Now we r goig through a guy that had no right to shot my sisters dog he has said like 4 different stories and the cops r still doing what THEY wasnt to do not whats right isnt there some kinda of goverment thing that can step in i think us as people need somthin done because we need romodles for the childern here, I think we need a new chief that is not here for only the money but the people to can we start a nighbor hood watch or somthing it would help money stay in pelican bay

so true!!! the cheff here has told me himself hes here for himself, he gave permission to every one to shot "agressive dogs" so a man shot my lab puppy! which anyone who knows about dog/labs, knows they are not aggresive dogs, but the man got away with it & not only did my dog get shot for passing by his house, i also got a tiket! we dont need voulinters to be a cop when they feel like it, its obvious there not doing there job, the best 1 they recently let go, cause they couldent pay him, but yet they can pay a cheff to run us out of here! our dad was ran over, put in icu for 3 days, my house and cars have been broken into so manytimes i lost track, my dog got shot, mt father inlaw was cashed over the head with a tool, and yet, what has been done? NOTHING!!!

if you are asking me if i am telling truth its my family that this suff is happening too. I dont hate all the police officers that were here like tolbar i think that his is name he was a younger cop yeah but he did have respect for the people hare he tried to help. but chief towns has alread stated he dont care about the peole here the chief of police should respecet the whole bay wants to make the bay a better bay i just dont think that officer towns is not showing the way the chief should be butthat is my opionion but i guess people are blind here or justdont care i look around this bay and to me it should be alot i mean alot better then it is instead of paying for a double wide for 1 officer and why didnt they pay somone to take most of these abanioon traylors clean this place up it would be a very nice place to live (Jason) and no i am not drunk you will rarly ever see me drink lol

if you quit having parties at your house, maybe things would settle down. When you combine beer and drugs you and Jammie can really imagine a lot of things. But have another coke induced party and keep waking your neighbors up. As one of your neighbors, I find it offenseive that your up all night drinking and fighting with each other and then blame the cops and neighbors for the problems you cause in the neighborhood. Why don't you take responsiblitiy for your own actions for once.

I have seen the dog the Larry Reed shot at. That dog killed my small puppy and cat. That dog runs loose all the time and kills small animals and cats. Since the owner doesn't take responsibility for it, then maybe Larry does have the solution.

If you're taking this to court then you really need to work on your writing skills. No one is going to take you seriously at all when they read what you have posted. You cuss, haven't used a bit of punctuation, and have mmisspelled the majority of your words. Before you submit it to a court, have it proofread so you don't look uneducated. This is just trying to help you so you can present your evidence with confidence and not be looked down upon. When you go to court to submit things you need to appear credible and your post lacks that credibility. Good luck in court.

Is any one is Pelican Bay educated, in any way, shape or form? My God, the illiteracy is absolutely astounding. Reminds one of Tobacco Road by Erskine Caldwell. You would create a lot more credibility if you use "spell check" and some punctuation, before posting!

I know of a couple in Pelican Bay that got into an arguement,she went to the hospital via ambulance,was treated, and released; mind you there wasn't anyone arrested, even when the Officer was standing in her home and he walked in. There still was no arrest made. A month later, she get's a ticket. For what? Assault. Hey there wasn't even a Female Officer present during the photo session of her bodily injuries.
So Was this all PROPER PROCEEDURE? I THINK NOT

Being no one has posted any further information about fights, courts, drunks, dopers, killing of dogs or someone stole a baby, guess this soap opera is over. but what happened in court, the fights, the killing of dogs, the drunks and dopers and who stole a baby???? LMAO
FYI, you really need to brush up on current laws about lose animals who attack. if they attack a human OR another animal, regardless what kind of dog it is, the victim HAS a right to shot the animal. Point Blank!!
If your dog is running lose, and goes onto another's property, the victim has a right to shot.
Don't want this to happen to poor Muffy?? KEEP your animals in YOUR yard or on a leash when out. Follow the laws THEN, protect your animals, then you won't need your day in court!!
