I think there should be more detail as to why he is being charged with "harboring" a dangerous animal. If he let these dogs run loose and knew they were aggressive I can understand that.

They should have saved these dogs and put them on the New Eagle Drug Enforcement Squad. "Eat a Dealer a Day" treatment-program?

I pray for the full and speedy recovery of the victim of the dog attack. Her life and well being is what is most important here.

I agree very much so. Her life is what is important. I was just curious as to how he got charged with harboring a dangerous animal. I didnt think St Bernanrds were known to be very aggressive doge. Normally they arent. I was just wondering if this dog had been known to have had aggressive behavior in the past etc. Whomever marked me a nut must be one themselves. Its a shame you cant even get on here and ask for information about something with out some "nut" judging people.

There has been no explanation as to why he was charged with "harboring a dangerous animal." Neither of the dogs have ever been aggressive and nothing like this has ever happened before. The dogs have never been lose in their yard, let alone in the neighborhood. They are always on chains and supervised when they are outside. He never leaves them outside alone - even though they are chained. It was just a terrible accident and even though that is what the police officer said that responded to the call they still brought charges. Who knows why they do what they do.
