Well it didn't keep your wife from getting anything by burning the house.This is because she was part owner of the house, more than likely. It means if she gets a good lawyer shw can get you for up to 50 percent of the value, and put a lein on anything u ever can and will own, including any wages you may earn in the future. This was a dumb idea.
