Judge asks Ward to resign post

Staff Report BENTON, Ky. - A western Kentucky judge has asked the commonwealth's attorney for Calloway and Marshall counties to resign his post following a DUI arrest Saturday.

He needs to resign. It is obvious he needs to take some time to deal with personal issues. How can he prosecute people when he stays in trouble himself?
