Captain's Cove Utility Company of Berlin, Md., has applied for reissuance of a permit for a municipal wastewater treatment plant to serve a Greenbackville residential development.

Hopefully this MD Utility Co. will be able to help the citizens of Greenbackville,VA obtain a state of the art waste water treatment solution for its residents. Wake up Eastern shore of VA!!!

They are trying to save the "developers" of Captain's Cove by putting a sewage plant in the middle of the town of Greenbackville ( which is not Captains Cove). All they are doing is trying a different location so that their problem becomes someone elses. Greenbackville certainly doesn't need a wastewater treatment facility OR morehousing ( there are at least 8 homes for sale in the town right now.)
