Dear Pennsylvania,
Please tell your nosy, nazi neighbor, New Jersy, to go staright to hell.
Better yet, let's annex their butts. PA could use some beachfront.

Dear New Jersey,

Please mind your won buisness. PA residents like NJ residents want to be treated like adults and be allowed to enjoy fireworks. It is your fault that you hopelessly try to ban adults from celebrating their country's Independence by blowing up a small piece of it. Why don't you clean up your superfund sites and leave us alone.

When will NJ residents start acting like "good neighbors" themselves?

Clearly, even the most basic concepts like courtesy and manors, is not something any NJ resident has, or at least doesn't show, when they are here in PA.

Oh and in this state the left lane of the highway is for those who want to drive fast. So if you want to drive slow stay in the right lane!!

PA doesn't permit the sale of Roman Candles or Bottle Rockets, and it's too bad because the
"dangerous" fireworks they sell in PA are a waste of money compared to the good fireworks that can be bought in MD. Condsidering the more "dangerous" fireworks can be bought in Maryland, and MD is a hop across the Delaware, why is PA receiving all the heat?

It's funny.. you say "lighten up NJ", but none of you can buy the same fireworks from PA stores that out of state residents can...

What does that tell you???

While I have no problems with NJ forcing the billboard company to not post ads for fireworks IN NEW JERSEY.

I do have a deep problem with NJ forcing the billboard company to not post ads for fireworks IN PENNSYLVANIA.

As kind-of already mentioned, it would be like PA making illegal to advertise Atlantic City bus "tours" anywhere in PA.

Now, Florida, there's a state for you. At just about every holiday, tents spring up in seemingly every vacant lot where you can buy all kinds of fireworks.

I think you have a good point. I bet Atlantic City gambling has done far more harm to PA residents than PA fireworks have done to NJ residents.

They're just ticked because they cannot tax the sale of fireworks to their residents.

Oooh, the children!! Protect the Children!
Give me a xx!!!@ break, they sell to no one under 18, I do feel it hypocritical however that they do not allow sales to Pa residents and do not feel that it would be a huge stretch to do so considering Pa law allows most of the fireworks sold in Skyking's store.
Skyking sells only consumer fireworks not professional grade, so it really isn't any big deal.
Hey, Billy B., didn't I see you shopping in Skyking last week?

I am from Levittown,Pa and live fairly close to skyking... at first i was all for it but now i understand what people mean when they say it really is not safe for the average "joe"(no pun inteaded to the owner of skyking haha) to set them off.
I live in an apartment complex now and see these kids setting them off... the ones where they go off in the sky and shoot all different colors... right above my building which by the way could have shot right into my window!!! i mean seriously the police though need to start watching out for silly crap like this..
