RatesAreHot.com did a great job prequalifying myself and my husband for a mortgage. I would have never known what I pre-qualified for and it was simple and easy to do. We had a house in mind that we loved and we kept driving by the house but were never sure if our income qualified us or not. Anyway, were in the home now and thought we would just write a note.
