I think its great news that the refinery is expanding. It brings more jobs in for Delaware. Our country needs more refineries and the opportunity to drill so we can depend on our own country not a foreign country.

I don't think it's great. I think it's bullshit. The lights from the place make it look like it's daylight outside 24/7 now. The noise from the place also shakes my house, and my neighbors houses. It was bad enough when the plant opened their stacks wide open at night a few years back and was actually shaking windows, but this is fucking ridiculous. It's next to impossible to sleep anymore. I've had about 4 hours of sleep a night, and not consistent sleep at that!
