New management, not much has changed. I hired on there 7 months ago as a DCA1 , they tell you it takes 2-4 years toi learn the job, but they fire people at 5-6months. After 7 months you have the same work load as veteran employees, and are exempt from the 10-15 hours per week of overtime they get tot do it in. With the economy the way it is, I pray I make it through probation, which is a full year, but I have no more confidence that I will than the day I walked in, it absolutely criminal!

Most "managers" have NO idea how to manage, lead or especially solve problems. I have worked in public and private sectors.
Usually, they run departments like high school and that is what the workplace is like now.
