Wow. Not only did he destruct the bank's property---but he did so in a way that he could be charged with even more crimes. I wonder how great that idea looks from the inside of a jail cell.

People really need to learn how to weigh the consequences of their actions BEFORE doing them!

And he's not guilty? Must've been a Toyota SUV.

Wrong approach. He should have done his homework and learned how to delay the process for as long as possible while continuing to live there. I've known people who stayed in their home for almost two years rent-free after going into foreclosure. He could have probably lived there for a while and saved some money if he'd had some self control.

Throw a fit like a child. Destroy everything. Plead not guilty. No home, no ride and now a police record.

I guess he didn't know that if you damage your foreclosure property, that they collect damages from you, in future years, when you pay your taxes. (A realtor told me this.)

Probably the kind of person who feels that if he cant have it then no one can have it. I wouldn't want to be his wife and be contemplating divorcing him......

I feel for this person , although he should had never done what he done that was indeed foolish .People that post their rude selfish comments probably never owned their own house or were not lay off work , you go crazy trying to get another job I see it happening every day due to what a certain person put this country in this horrible crisis it's scary heart breaking , think some of these folks have own this homes and put a lot of money into them and then it's going down the drain , I never want to be in a person's shoes going through this , I hope something good comes out for this person and others in his situation .

Actually, it's an anglicization of an old Scots name that, roughly, translates as "Son of the servant of St. Godag" And, btw 'Cletus' comes from the Greek for 'illustrious' or 'called-forth'

Now you know.

Silly fool. You CANNOT own your home in the state of Ohio. The state owns your land and will tax you as they see fit each year, they will tell you what you can build on it and who you can let live in "your house".

The banks and the states colluded over the last 10 years to double the "value" of your homes so they could double your taxes while your wages remained the same. Even with the windfall in revenue they are broke. No crystal ball needed to tell you that almost all incumbents will be drawing unemployment this Christmas.
