Under President Barack Obama, the national debt has grown by more than $6 trillion, the largest increase under any president in U.S. history.
According to the Treasury Department, the national public debt now stands at $16,687,289,180,215.37.
On the first day of Obamaís first term, the debt was $10.626 trillion.
Under President George W. Bush, the debt grew $4.9 trillion in eight years.
Not if you use percentages.
If the debt under Obama went up the same percentage as it did under Reagan it would be 31 trillion.

Unemployment falls to 7.5%; job creation solid in April

The job market plugged along steadily, and unemployment fell in April, according to new data out Friday, suggesting that the U.S. economy is still expanding.

The nation added 165,000 jobs in April as the unemployment rate fell to 7.5 percent, from 7.6 percent in March, the Labor Department said on Friday. The news was particularly welcome after a mere 88,000 jobs were initially reported to have been added in March; the new report revised that estimate to a healthier 138,000, suggesting that the labor market isnít slumping as much as it had appeared.

Bush was not the only one responsible for going to war, besides its the federal reserve that is where your problem lies.
