Sad because the lottery won't pay out with out the ticket atleast that's the case here in dsm ia. With that 16.5 hot lotto ticket that won back on12/29/2010. They refuse to show the video even after they have already said it didn't get the winners face. They say for security reason and to protect them from fruad, to protect the games integrety, well what about the players integrety protection from their agents clerks and. We are ten months out and the video is the only proof left. I say they owe it to the player, as they said they have an obligation. INTEGRETY does this word have any meaning apperantly not in Ia. I say if the united states can be held to answer their actions why not the lottery they seem to think they are above the law. SHOW THE VIDEO. For someone who is claiming that they are doing everything to locate the winner. My opinion is this. this lotteries are banking on exactly this for the winners to not come forward on millions of dollars. the tickets are just a lure to get us in it is outragius the millions that go unclaimed each year.

. Not so much that he is lying because even if he tells them the exact details and they now know the ticket no longer exsist they won't aknowledge him nor his claime no ticket no pay out its unfortionate and right out wrong if they can use video to protect themself from fruad why can't it work both ways. Here in Des Moines Ia I won 16.5 million on the hot lotto back on 12/29/2010 and even though I provided everything down to detail they refuse to aknowledge me/my claime, I came forward on 12/30/2010 telling them, the ia lottery that their agents clerk mishandled/kept my ticket. Seemed as though all the details I came forward they released them. I told them I had bought this tickt for the 25th not the 29th they went public its a multi draw obviously I had forgotten it was a multi draw for I meant to buy the sizzler X5 but the clerk fully explained to me what I was buying and I went ahead with the transaction.and they said they had video well in my opinion why would they go public when I'm claiming this about the clerk my opinion, to deter my chances of the clerk taking the chanceofo cashing it and me being able to get it back for I did sign it. Last but most important I told them I may have had my hood on, they then mention that the video didn't catch the winners face, well I wonder why.
