I have rheumatoid arthritis, and have found Omega 3 (fish oil), and vitamin D3 to help considerably lessen the pain and swelling. I always suggest seeing a naturopath or homeopath first, and then as a last resort, taking prescription medication.

I also take Omega 3 (fish oil) with high levels of epa and dha. It certainly helped, but what really did the trick was low dose naltrexone. I started it on 22 April this year and I hardly know I have RA now. It works for autoimmune diseases by boosting and regulating the immune system. You can find out more by visiting http://www.ldners.org/

I just wish more people knew about it.
Good luck.

I too have aching feet with swollen ankles. Also, a burning, aching sensation in my legs. Most uncomfortable. I started taking humira about 8 weeks ago. No change yet. My diagnosis is RA. Any suggestions on what to do with pain until humira srarts to work?

What NSAID are you taking? Is it working? There's lots of different kinds, you could switch to something more effective. If the aching sensation is worst at the end of the day or after you've been on your feet a long time, try putting your legs up. Lay on your bed with your legs resting against the headboard. I sit upside down in my recliner! ;)

I am taking Naproxen and never thought to perhaps try a different one. I'm going to look into that next visit. Thank you.

Just because your feet ache doesn't necessary mean you have Rheumatoid Arthritis. However you should do to your doctor to try to figure out what is the cause of your aching feel. A proper diagnosis will have to be made. Your doctor will be able to rule whether or not your suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.

If you are taking ANY NSAID for long-term daily pain/inflammation control, you need to learn about what it can do to your liver - especially if you are taking other medications as well.

As for the natural route, there are alternatives like Celadrin which do not impact upon liver function and topical creams that contain capsaicin.

I have RA and have stiffness in my feet in the morning right when I get up. I have had this RA diagnosis for 7 years, but this year I finally had to go the mainstream route and try a medication (Enbrel.) It immediately (within 48 hours) helped with my main joint issues (severe swelling, pain in my left elbow) and my feet which previously had been feeling like they were separate clumsy entities (only in the morning, though).

BTW, I work on my feet all day long at a hospital and if I wear good shoes I didn't/don't have pain at the end of the day at all.

I have used http://qgeneric.info/#ifne for about 3 years and find their products to be reliable and speedily delivered. The Support team are very promt and helpful in solving any issues that arise, caused by my errors not the company's. I was a little sceptical initially about buying generic products rather than brand names. However, the Mens' Health products I have bought have been equally as efficatious as the brand names at a fraction of the cost.

Hi, If you want a more natural solution for arthritis pain or any pain, try real time pain relief at www.painisgone.info . It is a pain cream that really works and smells good. It did wonders for my heel spur. Rubbed it on about a year ago and it has never come back. No doctor, pills or needles. It is an excellent pain cream.

That’s good habit. I will suggest don’t even take drugs. Just pray and build yourself in faith.

Naturally, I am skeptical of everything online. http://inhousegeneric.com is legitimate. I placed my first order for the smallest amount possible. It arrived sooner than expected. I didn't pay the extra money for speedy air mail. I placed another order that was much larger and it came right on time. I will definitely use this company again for even larger orders now that I trust them. They also give you discounts every time you place an order which is cool. One thing to keep in mind is if you place a larger order, they will send half in one shipment, and then the other half after that to avoid customs scrutinizing your package. I am very happy, I no longer need to pay tons of money to see a doctor and therapist (and have them tell me a bunch of stuff I already know) in order to get my medication.

have been researching for months and reading reviews for each pharmacy and finally decided to take the plunge and order from one. After coming to the conclusion http://goo.gl/bLFWQG seemed the most safest and had the best feedback I ordered my pills. Was very apprehensive at first due to cc fraud, ell and they are good i would definetely recommend and purchase againspam and being generally ripped off (have not received one spam email and no cc fraud) order process and checkout was simple.
placed my order on my debit card and was charged straight away and received confirmation email immediately. choose the speedy del trackable and was advised del would be 7-9 days and order was placed on the 08/01. was just about to email them today to chase up as now 15 days but behold package had been posted through my door. packaging seems as shown on webiste. apart from small delay on advertised shipping time i have been generally please with the pharmacy.
wont be taking the pills for another few weeks yet but all going well and they are good i would definetely recommend and purchase again from them.

Rheumatoid arthritis is not an isolated disease of the bones and joints. It affects tissues throughout the body, causing damage to the blood vessels, nerves, and tendons. Deformities of the hands and feet are the more obvious signs of RA. In about 20% of patients, foot and ankle symptoms are the first signs of the disease.
