Employee information compromised? At least there's a new personal information protection law on the books going into effect this fall. The fines are small though.

This is the most devastating action that can be taken by an individual other than murder, and rape. And yet the state of Texas is allowing the local government to either steal peoples identities and create new ones for the citizens. This is a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution with regards to a person's liberty. While a physical restraint is not occurring directly it is still occurring. When you assigned addresses to peoples homes without their input you violate the law. The Texas 911 addressing statute does not violate the law. The legal violation of the law is occurring when the county assigns an address to a property without consulting the landowners. There are so many ways that they are violating the constitution, and while what they did may seem trivial to a lot of people, it has been devastating to others. The family values bit does not seem to be addressed by the state when it came to 911 addressing. The 911 addressing statute itself does not seem to even be a factor in setting 911 addresses except as a means of defending the actions of a few unscrupulous local and corporate leaders. This is a warning to anyone using this Cr #### road name letters, you are violating the law when the road that you are making reference to had a legitimate name on it and the commissioners court took it upon themselves to call it Cr, Co Rd, Or County Road ####. The only legal part of this address is the house number. Some of these roads already had a legal name and the removal of this name without just cause is illegal under State and Federal Laws. There is no State Statute that gives any local authorities the right to violate a persons civil rights in regarding property ownership. And whether the State knows or understands that illegal actions have been taken in regards to 911 Addressing. Some Homes have more than one address because DETCOG and the County Government each placed a different name on the same location and in some instances the USPS has also placed a name on the address. This may sound funny but no one is addressing the 911 address problem except to threaten and intimidate the citizens who complain, the local officials are interferring with the delivery of the mail, the census, deliveries, and in some cases certain individuals personal freedom. And the only thing that I see that seems to be getting in the way of correcting these problems is someone on the State level intervening in the matter. If, you do not use their 911 address, then you can not vote, claim a homestead exemption, get a driver's license renewed and a good number of other rights that are supposed to be protected by law. If, you decide to vote and you do not use the address assigned to your homestead then you are in violation of the law. If, you use your legal address and not the assigned 911 address, they say that you are in violation of the law. If this is true then the section of the constitution where it says that the government shall not regulate speech is being violated. The U.S. Constitution is not just another piece of paper. It is the law of this land. So! Please explain to me : How can the County Courts violate federal law and their actions still be legal?
