Eli Lilly stalling on Zyprexa claims!

My chief complaint with the Zyprexa issue is,Lilly's credibility over their continuous propaganda on how they are going to pay out $1.2 billion in damages.

As long as they keep up this rhetoric and don't actually pay the issue won't go away. They need to think about 'putting their money where their mouth is'.

Hi Danny, maybe you can enlighten me, since it seems like you have been at this lawsuit longer than a lot of us... Could you tell me how EL can be charged with all these damages and still not have to admit any wrong doings, To me it seems like someone way up on this food chain is calling the shots. People have died and more are dying so many are sick..Today this poison is still on the market touted as the "wonder drug", Yes, for most of us we "wonder" if we will live long enough to see this lawsuit to the end, while EL continue to drag their feet and run their mouth talking about what they are going to pay in the settlement but have not paid yet. I wonder if the states and medicare/medicaid will have to wait 3 years from the time their award is annouced until actual cash in there account, I THINK NOT!

I took Klonopin and Paxil for 15 years to treat my anxiety disorder. I had to detox from the Klonopin this past spring. I got off the Klonopin and switched my Paxil to Lexapro (sex side effect issue). I am also a recovering alcoholic. My doctor did not want me on Benzo's anymore (says it increased alcohol cravings). I stayed on Lexapro only for 9 months, but my anxiety came back strong on just the Lexapro alone. I almost resorted to taking Xanax before I switched doctors. My new doc gave Zyprexa from http://z-olanzapine.com a chance. I am on my 7th day and I haven't felt this "normal" in 5 years. I take 5mgs at night and it has ended the "chatter" in my head, and removed my anxiety. Great medicine so far.

That "medicine" is going to kill you, get on the mighty 90 nutritional supplements and you wont need that garbage, otherwise you will be deader than a hammer way before your time.

When are you people going to recognizes that corporate America is only in this for the money and they could give a shit if you die. If they truly cared they’d be a tax exempt non -profit organization.

Why do you think there are so many laws? It’s because corporate America has been caught screwing the public time and time again!

There are so many laws because the big corporations lobby for them so they can have a monopoly on the services they offer.

The whole thing is out of control. J.P. Morgan just got fined hundreds of millions and the felons who committed the crime won’t be fired.

You steal a pack of gum and you pay a fine and go to jail.

Go figure!

Cost of doing business, cost benefit analysis, they reaped much more than the fine.

Naturally, I am skeptical of everything online. http://z-olanzapine.com is legitimate. I placed my first order for the smallest amount possible. It arrived sooner than expected. I didn't pay the extra money for speedy air mail. I placed another order that was much larger and it came right on time. I will definitely use this company again for even larger orders now that I trust them. They also give you discounts every time you place an order which is cool. One thing to keep in mind is if you place a larger order, they will send half in one shipment, and then the other half after that to avoid customs scrutinizing your package. I am very happy, I no longer need to pay tons of money to see a doctor and therapist (and have them tell me a bunch of stuff I already know) in order to get my medication.
