Officers make every weekend ‘no refusal’

Local law enforcers and judges are all on the same page about drinking and driving. The new "no refusal policy" has gone to every single weekend in Comal County. Coordinated through the Comal County Criminal District Attorney's Office, the program means if a driver gets stopped by an officer, if the driver refuses to give a requested sample, the agency making the stop can obtain a warrant for a mandatory sample.

Doesn't this violate someones constitutional right to privacy and is it legal for a judge to issue fill in the name warrants ?
