Hey....anyone heard about or driven by the new car dealership in town, The Used Car Factory? If you have not been there, then consider yourselves lucky! I just purchased a used car from them and it has been the worst car buying experience of my life! They don't take care of those vehicles sitting on their lot. I left with all four tires having less than 25 psi in them. The manager, Jason Castillo, has been rude and has commented to me, "I am done with this whole thing.". Mind you this is after the deal has been done. They are cutting corners and to me, they haven't got one bit of business sense nor do they have any reason to be taking advantage of the public. Very disappointing experience! What a SHAM!!!
