Pilot flies to defense of NB Aero Service, says city is ‘stalling’

There are 2 comments on the herald-zeitung.com story from Mar 24, 2011, titled Pilot flies to defense of NB Aero Service, says city is ‘stalling’. In it, herald-zeitung.com reports that:

The dogfight involving the city and its long-time airport leaseholder, New Braunfels Aero Service, continued Wednesday with a group of pilots accusing city officials of withholding results of an analysis of a tanker load of NB Aero fuel impounded by the city earlier this month. “They’re stalling,” said pilot spokesman Chris Penski. “(Fuel analysis) doesn’t take this long. Everybody who got that fuel shouldn’t be flying, theoretically, or they should change the fuel out and replace it with good fuel.”

CORRUPT, INEPT AND HEAVEY HANDED city officials are attempting to put NB Aero out of business.
CITY HATES COMPETITION
Because the city can not show a profit on their operation as long as their is competition on the airport. THE CITY WANTS TO CANCELL THEIR LEASE.
These corrupt city officials will stop at nothing to close NB Aero.
FALSE CHARGES.
The city has accused NB Aero of selling contaminated fuel. A charge that has been proved false by independent analysis.
COVERUP
The city refuses to release test results claiming criminal investigation in progress.
INCOMPETENT OFFICIALS.
The abuse of power by the city management to persecute NB Aero and its tenants and force them out of business has cost 10 private sector jobs and the relocation of businesses that have been tenants for many years.
These corrupt officials must be exposed and removed. They are a plague upon the city causing harm to businesses at the airport.
CITY COUNCIL
The city councils lack of oversight in this matter is disturbing. Their leadership is ineffective.
PAST HISTORY OF SHADY DEALS
The city embraced Silver State Helicoptors, later exposed as a PONZI SCHEME by getting grant money to build a control tower. The PONZI SCHEME collapsed leaving the city with hundreds of thousands of DOLLARS in unpaid rent, fuel bills and the city having to operate the control tower because it accepted Federal Funds to build it.
The city should leave private business to businessmen. Your job at the airport is to keep the grass mowed, the runway patched and the lights on.
