Yes, he was bombing around in the ballfeild in the middle of the night...doing what the kids call donuts. I believe he may have had an open root beer in the car as well.

I have seen many of the Lt's works of art. Chief maybe if you picked up something other than a shot glass, you could have something to be proud of. Oh, I forgot there's nothing to be pround about in crime & drug ridden Lawrence.

What's wrong with collecting thimbles, Lieutenant Coat? Do you think you're special because you collect Police memorabelia? Those of us at the TCAA (Thimble Collectors Association of America) may just hold a protest march at you Police station lobby to protest your obvious bias towards us. Then we'll see how your Chief feels towards you and your hobby. TG

I might have guessed most of you are cops.
Gee! Sit around the station all day and play with your toys and get paid a Lieutenant's salary.

Nice display but why all the MSP stuff? I thought this guy was a Westford Lieutenant. Couldn't get a "real" LE job?

I have no respect for this so called man. I know him in a different light. Yes he did kidnap his wife. He has be punished several times for actions unbecoming an officer. Model officer NOT!!!

I knew both his parents. They lived near my house. Mary was thrilled when he was born. I don"t think she is thrilled to know what he has become. He is a twit end of story

I remember when this bird brain fine upstanding officer had the accident. He never reported it till another officer went to use the cruiser and found damage.

Our "show me the money" police chief reluctantly gives him a token suspension, and assigns him to a desk when his fat butt should have been walking a beat. A short time later our "show me the money" chief promoted him to Sergeant.

So much for cops keeping in physical shape, huh?.
The last i heard about him he asked for extra clothing allowance because he had to get extra large uniforms

Oh so true. I am surprised that the new chief hasn't order him to get into shape. I would'nt want him chasing after a robber. He would probably have a heart attack and we would have to pay him the rest of his life for incurring an injury in the line of duty.

I world rather pay for gastric by-pass while he is on town insurance instead of the rest of his life.
