They aren't bad, but there is alot of trash in the apartments, they have went downhill over the years, if they would evict some of these people it would be alot better! I wouldn't let my kids outside by theirselves, they need updated as well! And there has been alot of break ins in peoples cars! The Boston Commons are the nicest in New Boston, The Kiwanis apartments have super nice management though! Just depends, if you move there, keep to yourself, thats the best advice, and there has been several cases of bed bugs!

As The great song states,, "there are good and bad in everyone. You learn to live and learn to give to one another what we need to survive." But I have to defend our complex and say that not everyone here is a "whore" or "prostitute" and not everyone lives here is on DRUGS, or otherwise being trouble makers. It's just like every neighborhood in the area, there's good people and not so good. It's a clean and well maintained place that I've enjoyed residing at four several years. The managers are serious about their positions and do the best they can to make it a safe place to live. They've recently installed cameras to help protect properties. There's locked doors on the laundry mat that keeps people that aren't residing here from using our accommodations. The water and gas bills are included in the rent. The place I'd always adorable because the rent is income based. There's many decent working families that live here...It's better than most other places that are income based in our area. So far we've had no shootings, which is more than can be said for Wayne Hills. It's easy better than that place and Farley Square.
