wow nothing says class like personal attacks! If you want to give valid points on why he is a bad cop go for it, just make sure to have evidence....if you want to spread rumors I hear thats popular on playgrounds.

I find it interesting that someone so far removed from the area and who doesn't know anyone involved nor is a cop himself is sooooo upset by my post. Mind your own business. I find it funny your telling someone else to mind their own business when you seem very obsessed with the officers personal life and who he sleeps with.

Drug policy is a joke anyways. Even if he was arrested for drugs whats the big deal? Drug policy is a social control issue, not a health issue. It's a victemless crime, the only people that get hurt do it to themselves, literally. It's a waste of time, money and resources.

I am a business owner in New Berlin so I travel there daily. I've had a very nice experience with all of the police officers. I was pulled over twice, once for expired plates and once for speeding, I was let go for both.... Had I been ticketed for either, I might be crabby too. I’m also pretty sure that they’re not gay...., I was let go ;-)

4th Amendment wrote: <quoted text> I'm glad to hear it and I am sure there are more good New Berlin Cops than bad New Berlin Cops. What I am saying is they have a fair number of cops however making illegal stops and violating the constitution. I don't know or care about the sexuality of such cops as Puente but I commend NBPD for hiring such folks---somebody has to. First of all it wouldn't be the "sexuality" it would be the sexual preference. And second of all, for not caring you certainly bring it up a lot. Did you ask him on a date and he turned you down? is that why you are so obsessed with it?

I cannot believe what I've been reading. Up until a few years ago, I've lived in NB my entire life and, yes, I also would have liked to believe that I was pulled over at times for no cause. Looking back, I realize that I was most likely wrong. I was let go my share of times and ticketed my share of times, but NEVER did I find an officer to violate the constitution! COME ON, PEOPLE!! Look in the news, see what is happening in the world and then see if you can summon up a LEGIT complaint regarding the NBPD. Then, if you feel you do have a legit complaint, take it up with the chief rather than splaying the officer's name all over the internet. I went to school with some of these people and have had contact with many others during the time that I spend there and they are good people. The ones that make mistakes or are "bad eggs" are weeded out.

Hmmmm, YOU AGREE WITH ME AND BELIEVE ME? MOST OF THE OFFICERS ARE GOOD? DID ANYONE ELSE READ THAT LAST COMMENT? Okay 4th Ammendment, here is my advice: Next time you go on a rant, blogging on every site that you can find on the Internet that might get a reply, perhaps you should LOSE the blanket statements such as the NBPD are Nazi-like grunt losers who hate straight people. For someone who likes to quote law, you should know what slander is. Also, you also ask the cops to "leave you alone", yet you seem to be the one obsessing about it. Take your case to court then get professional help. There are names for this type of obsessive behavior. Oh, one last thing. Regardless of WHY you were pulled over, did you commit a crime? Did you blow over the limit? Were you carrying something you shouldn't have been carrying? You told us everything else you think, why not what you actually were charged with? Is a crime not a crime just because you got away with it? I don't drink and drive anymore because I have two children that I need to provide for and I can't do that if I'm in jail. I can't take them to moivies or soccer practice either if I don't have a licence. Contrary to popular belief, it's a choice not to drink and drive, not a constitutional violation if you get busted. I imagine that I'll be quite unpopular after this but I've said my peace. Do you have Jesus in your life? Just Kidding.

Godic gave my ex-girlfriend a underage drinking ticket after he pulled her over for jay-walking on Small Road. They knew each other well and were good friends. In order for her to cross the street legally she would have had to walked a mile down the street to the nearest stoplight.
I was personally pulled over by Fuente in the school parking lot on my way to a basketball game. The game was scheduled for noon and held on a school day. Fuente accused me of entering Cousins Subs about 30 minutes earlier with a girl. After explaining that I had not gone to Cousins at all that day and had not traveled anywhere with a woman he became uneasy. He demanded to know where she was and wouldn't accept that he was possibly wrong. Amidst his anger he actually accused me of robbing Cousin's subs. He then handcuffed me and performed an illegal search upon my person and automobile (I had not given consent nor had Fuente provided any probably cause). During the search a school bus full of my peers happened to drive by as I was handcuffed against a squad car while an officer was searching my car. Needless to say I was thoroughly embarrassed although nothing was found in my car or on my person. I was given a warning for driving without glasses.
As to this thread I am not condemning the NPBD nor do I believe these two are truly bad cops. Surely there are much greater liberties they can take from us. I believe they take advantage of the younger generation because its easy and provides results. Teenagers typically are unaware of their rights and more frequently break the law. It just sucks when it happens to you.

I've been in New Berlin many times, last friday being the latest (Pegasus Racing equipment) I've never had any trouble with the police. A few months ago, I was at the same business, about 45 minutes before they opened. I probabally lookes susicious sitting all alone in the parking lot. A New Berlin cop stopped and asked what was up. I told him, and he was very cordial. We talked racing for maybe 5 minutes, then he left. Nice guy, not like the people you seem to run into there! Ron
