"...released after posting bail??????!!!!" You got to be jerking me! That person is dangerous! Criminals impersonating police totally destroy any trust between citizens and police. How many cops do you think will be killed because of people like Riggie? Now when people see a uniform they will not be thinking "police" they will be thinking "Maybe police, maybe drug dealer, maybe murderer?"
