Yeah, there were qualified officers in the department. Unfortunetly, the board of commisioners looks down on the department that serves this community and did not want any of them. Yet not one board member knows anything about police or the work they do. What kind of message does that send to our officers as they put their own lives at risk everyday? They should be ashamed.
