Here's the site. What a touching story. This dad is amazing. And I believe Ben will emerge.

One can hope. An upstate college student was injured in a car crash in 1960 and remained in a coma in Dix Hills until he died two years ago without ever regaining consciousness.

As a parent who lost her son (Jeremy Best) on 7/4/06 and was also killed by a car. My heart and prayers are with you. I admire what you are doing know it is very difficult every day as well as a challenge. You may want to write a letter to your local senator and see what they can do for you. Check with your local insurance about Castrohic to see if it is covered. Hopefully with the Stem Cell Research (which Farmingdale University has a facility for) this can be an option for your Ben. You may also want to contact Farmingdale University and see if they can help you in your battle. I will be making a donation to your son Ben in memory of Jeremy.
Sincerely, Elizabeth Best
