Their supposed dissolution documents are not a WISD documents and therefore cannot be foiled. You sure you're an attorney? With all the incorrect leagaleeze you post and foolish posts like that one it's becoming harder to believe.

Everyone can go online and print Dissolution of Partnership docs. Some even look good enough to convince those attorneys who graduated at the very bottom of their class.

It's foolishness to think that any of us can understand the inner workings of the administration and the inner workings and dealings of the BOE. I see many of these comments and wonder if any of you really know what you're talking about and if so, where do you get your wisdom from? What could you possibly know about any of these financial decisions and educational decisions if you are not on the inside with the actual facts and details? What experience do you have, how knowledgable can you be? Because you come to meetings gives you intimate details about the issues in front of the BOE and the administration?
Do you know why the BOE goes into executive session? There is more to what they have to do than what meets the eyes of the constituency. None of us are informed about the WHOLE PICTURE and it's a joke to think that we are.
They have very inside knowledge that will not be shared with any of us, they must make many decisions based on the information they are given, and with the consensus of the body they are among. So it's complicated, it's ambiguous, it's definitely time consuming and you have to be very dedicated to stay there in these positions all these years.
All of us are feeling our way in the darkness, and when I read much of this stuff I feel like I am watching the wizard of oz. Cowardly lions, tin men, scarecrows, and Dorothy, clueless and confused.
Gee Terry nice to know you're still as much of a kiss ass kiss up as you ever were. Please O Wise One...what DOES go on in executive session....? If the members aren't supposed to discuss executive sessions how could YOU possibly know? Yes, Terry that's right, you just think you know what goes on in the complicated, ambiguous executive sessions. Keep feeling your way through the darkness Terry and when you find the light switch go straight for your blankie, bottle of KoolAid and watch your Wizard of Oz dvd-again.

A dissolution of partnership is a public record.

I didn't say I knew what goes on in executive sessions. These sessions aren't meant for the public.
Do school boards HAVE TO allow the community to attend boe meetings?

It isnt about being wrong the document is available to the public. GO FIND IT. But you wont because you would rather attack me. That is a way more productive use of your time I guess. I am sure you will have to fill out some documentation to get the information from the state attorney general. Hopefully you can bring yourself to write your actual name on the form. Good luck.

You make yourself a target by posting there's legal documentation of a split but you've never seen it, smelled it or READ IT!
You are either a very foolhardy person or you set yourself up to be crucified to fulfull a desperate need for attention.
You attack all of the other posters by calling them names and use profanity to get a reaction. Again you are either a foolhardy person or you set yourself up to be crucified to fulfill a desperate need for attention.

Think whatever you want of me I DONT CARE. It is not a desperate need for attention - I only stoop to your levels after being called names myself - that is only human although I regret it........I am not trying to get a reaction from any of you. Honestly I could care less about all of you fake cowards out there who cant even be bothered to enter into an actual discussion using your real names. Again - I dont need to see it or read it because I KNOW the partnership has been dissolved having had kids in that school for the last 8 years. YOU are the one who is so desperate to see actual documentation. My point is simply this -- instead of wasting your time on here bashing me (which truly is a waste of time because honestly none of you make me feel bad AT ALL and I dont waste time worrying about people talking about me nor do I care about anyones opinion of me except the opinion of REAL people I actually actually care about who have the balls to tell me to my face if they disagree with me and like adults we agree to disagree and go out and have a good time anyway....this is a lesson you all need to learn -- that is how grown ups behave by the way) Just get the info for yoursel....why wont you --- I mean you have wasted so much time badmouthing me for no reason. Go seek the information you need instead of being an idiot.........

Trying to talk to someone who has their own agenda and has very little to no knowledge of what’s going on right in front of them is just a waste of time.

The BOE must be so proud of their 2 million dollar budget gap. Didn't the BOE just give salary increases to the admin. and an increase in stipends?
This school district needs new leadership ASAP!

Don't be fooled by the article on the Patch today. It's the same smoke + mirrors that's been going on for years.
Example:
The $3.6 million the article listed as "misc revenue" appears to be strategicly placed to lead (mislead) residents into assuming or believing that's the amount the district will get from renting Westbrook to a preschool which bears the same name as the vp's preschool, a boxing school (which should make the preschool smell really great) and Bridges Academy. It's not. Mr. Gellar reported at last month's boe meeting that the projected amount of income from ALL of the rentals will only be around 160 thousand next year. Yes, 160 THOUSAND IN TOTAL and that's the "projected" amount.I wonder if Jamie Winkler’s 3 commission checks still need to be subtracted from that 160 Thousand…

obviously you were not there, and you are reading into the patch article what you want to believe. they spoke at length about this revenue, and it had nothing to do with the rental income.

We all know that the 3.6 mill isn't coming in from the lease of OUR TWO schools where one will bear the same name as the vp's preschool. We all know that the leases of those two school of OURS with all OUR STUFF in them is equivalent to giving it away for free. I am not fooled by anything, eyes wide open, NOTHING AMAZES ME ANYMORE!

The Bridges academy will pay 150,000 for their lease of Kirdahy, everything included, soup to nuts. SSCC will also lease for about the same ballpark figure, then the other users are paying about 3000 a month each. All total, for a whopping 332,000 these places will get everything that we the tax payers paid for in spades, dearly.
We have a spending problem. Teachers come with the territory. How about we force Geller and cronies to get rid of the IB program. It's a redundant program which serves only a small few, and by counting chairs, they try to make it seem as though more students are partaking of it. We have a wonderful AP program already in place which has served this district incredibly well for decades.
The BOE needs to stop with increases and stipends. The BOE doesn't need to hire more custodial staff, clerical or library media specialists. Is the extra custodial staff to maintain the new leased schools?
