To stab someone over 24 times, takes an inhuman brutality, that should be taken into account during his trial and, hopefully, sentencing. The perpetrator of this crime is a vicious animal.

It's about some spoiled idiot out of control drug addict who thought he was above the law. If his friend Charisse had reported his 2 break-ins at her house, he might be behind bars and the victim would be alive. Everyone who knew him and his drug problem, failed him. His so called "friends" should have told his parents earlier...His parents should have had a better grip on their sons lifestyl and got him help sooner. He lived in their house, they had to be idiots not to know the extent. You can see the dramatic weight loss on his myspace from 2005-2007. The victim might be alive today if not for this murdering barbarian, who stabbed his friends' grandmother over 2 dozens times.

No this is about illegal;
If he hadn't crossed the boarder he would not have stabbed this woman 24 times!!! Stop finding reasons why illegal isn't hurting all of us!

He is a piece of garbage - I hope he rots the rest of his life in prison.

I saw first hand what this guy did and he is a skell. No normal person does this to someone else, especially when they are not involved like the grandmother.

Lake grove NY-

Are you serious? People like you are the problem - blaming everyone else. THey were both pieces of garbage for getting involved in heroin and there is more to the story than any of us will ever know.

HIS LAWYER CLAIMS CHUNGA HAS NO INVOLVMENT IN THESE ATTACKS. I HOPE THE POLICE HAVE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, AS WELL AS VERBAL FROM THE GRANDSON.

Afghanistan. That's where all the opium for today's latest heroin is being harvested from and brought into the United States via the CIA.

Don't believe me? Here's a crashed CIA plane that landed in the Yucatan enroute from Columbia with 4 tons of nose candy.

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2007/12/12/1921...

The reason it's traceable back to the CIA is that the tail number shows up in documentation on both sides of the Atlantic as having been used for extraordinary rendition torture flights at least 3 times between 2003 and 2005. They didn't quite manage to cover that one up in the mainstream media.

Here's a story about two Army paymasters who figured out something dirty was going on at Baghram Airbase in Afghanistan and got shot in the head execution style on a supposedly secure airbase:

Oh, I see, you were talking about the end user, not the way the heroin got into the country via our tax dollars hard at work in the first place. My bad.

Are you kidding. You must be a heartless person. When did you get your degree to read into someone when they are gonna die. You need a reality check yourself. You should never assume when someone will die. She could have lived a long life. I still cant believe a human being can write that. He should do the time she would have been alive and then call it even are you kidding me. He killed an innocent person in her home. When does a normal human being kill someone like that, the way he did. Who does that to any person. I think someone in jail should do the same thing to him as he did to her infront of his family members. Call what even, he is one of the biggest drug dealers in Smithtown. He deservs LIFE. He should never see the next day of light. Obviously you know him and dont live in the area. But honestly we do not need useless people in Nesconset area.

Taking out whether or not longevity ran in the family, with your line of reasoning are you stating if the victim was let's say 90-100 years old already that there should be no punishment at all? Or that you feel that it is ok to disregard human life after a certain age?
What gives you the right to say? And if was your grandparent or mother would you still feel the same way? This was a violent crime.
I am guessing that you wouldn't mind if he lived next door to you, either.
