The following statement with the exception of part 4 has not been approved by anyone and is from a second hand source and the only reason you "people" (If those of you who only have nasty things to say about a situation they know nothing about can still consider themselves human beings) are getting this much information is so you can all just go on with your own lives, let it go, let the families deal with their grief without having to deal with seeing disgusting junk like this everyday, and let the police do there job without being criticized. We all want to live in a free country were our rights can't be violated and that is exactly why it takes so long for them to get people who break the law off the streets, and even when they do, there’s always 2 more to take their place... To set the things straight: 1. Victor Chunga was the criminal behind this crime, and if/when this case goes to trial that will be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt. 2. The only person the victim's family blames is Victor himself. The rest of the Chunga family are nice, respectful people, who although did know of Victor's drug problem they have done whatever they could to turn him in the right direction, short of having him arrested themselves which I'm sure most parents would have a difficult time doing. With the exception of Matthew, who not a day goes by does not blame himself and feel responsible for what has happened to his beloved "Granny" Martha, and will for the rest of his life live with the regret that it had to take his Grandmother's life to turn him around and get him to realize the error of his ways. 3. The motive behind the crime was not retaliation for Matthew robbing Victor, which a rumor was made by one of the seemingly all knowing "people" on this blog. In fact several months’s before the incident Matthew cut ties with almost everyone he knew that was involved with drug's including Victor Chunga, in an attempt to get himself clean, and believes it was because of that Victor did what he did. 4. Matthew would like to thank everyone who has sent there condolences to his family and everyone who has "shown there respects and love to Granny”. He would also like to thank the following posters who had nothing but nice things to say: Robb, Bloom, Jim, Key, Charlie D, Martha's Cousin, Jennifer Niece of Martha, SHE GRAD 91, A Family Member, Lori, The Family, Joe Barbgallo, RIP Martha, Midwood Ave_Nesconset(Tell BSD he'll here from me soon), Friend of Watson, Lake Grove, And You Are, Sick of Idiots, What Do You Know, NY Grannie, Peace Smithtown, Smithtown, Smithtowngirl, None of Your Business, and Miss No One(Don’t worry anyone who knows anything knew it was u and not Lisa) P.S. Will everyone PLEASE stop placing blame and pointing fingers at people who have nothing to do with it, only two peoples actions could've changed what happened and there was nothing anyone else could have done to stop it and nobody else should feel the burden of this guilt except those two.

The finger of blame is directly placed on the prominent drug culture of the area, the drug dealer who bought, sold, and traded right on our streets, and every single idiot who buys into the nonsense typed above. You're all scurrying like rats in a gutter away from the truth and towards easy answers.

you can't change the past - It's already over and done. All you can do is use it to change the future. If Robb or any other friend or family member say there will be no more drug activity in or around that house, then that's good enough for me. Not that I won't watch out for it though. In the words of one of the greatest leaders of our time, Ronald Reagan, "trust, but verify..."
