Rep. Tim Bishop (D-Southampton), praised Feal for the work of the Feal Good Foundation, but added, "he ought not have to do that.... The public sector has the resources and it has the obligation."

And what have the Dems done lately? So quick to blame the other side!

Because the repubs veto every darn penny that doesn't go into their fat pockets! They only parade out the 9/11 victims and rescuers when they need a photo op! The dems have been ineffective, but not stealing the money from victims to give to Halliburton or big oil. Inept or corrupt, what a choice.

All of this should be above partisan politics. I was once a Republican supporter but it wasn't Giulliani or Bush that supported the guys who went down there, at the end of the day all they gave us was hot air. It was Hillary who stood with us and fought to get us the money we need. I won't forget that, it changed my view of who talks big talk and who gets it done for the little guy. There is no one more surprised than my wife who sees me such a big HILLARY Fan--

Report Urges F.A.A. to Act Regarding False 9/11 Testimony
September 2, 2006 http://tinyurl.com/qz4ta
WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 ó The Transportation Departmentís inspector general urged the Federal Aviation Administration on Friday to consider disciplinary action against two executives who failed to correct false information provided to the independent commission that investigated the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
The acting inspector general, Todd J. Zinser, whose office acts as the departmentís internal watchdog, found in a new report that the F.A.A. executives, as well as a third official who is now retired, learned after the fact that false information was given to the commission in May 2003 about the F.A.A.ís contacts with the Air Force on the morning of Sept. 11.
The false information suggested that the aviation agency had established contact with its Air Force liaison immediately after the first of the four hijacked planes struck the World Trade Center at 8:46 a.m.
In fact, the commissionís investigators found, the Air Forceís liaison did not join a conference call with the F.A.A. until after the third plane crashed, at 9:37 a.m. The 51-minute gap is significant because it helps undermine an initial claim by the North American Aerospace Defense Command, which is responsible for domestic air defense, that it scrambled quickly on Sept. 11 and had a chance to shoot down the last of the hijacked planes still in the air, United Airlines Flight 93.
The inspector generalís report, prepared in response to complaints from the independent Sept. 11 commission, found that the three F.A.A. executives failed to act on an ďobligationĒ to correct the false information provided to the commission, which found widespread confusion within the aviation agency and the military on the morning of the attacks.

The government as a whole does not care and never did. Too busy spending our tax dollars on the Big Dig and other pork belly projects.

Report cites warnings before 9/11http://tinyurl.com/yq882r September 19, 2002
WASHINGTON (CNN)-- U.S. intelligence officials had several warnings that terrorists might attack the United States on its home soil -- even using airplanes as weapons -- well before the September 11, 2001 attacks, two congressional committees said in a report released Wednesday.

In 1998, U.S. intelligence had information that a group of unidentified Arabs planned to fly an explosives-laden airplane into the World Trade Center, according to a joint inquiry of the House and Senate intelligence committees.

"The FBI's New York office took no action on the information," it said.
Another alert came just a month before the attacks, the report said, when the CIA sent a message to the FAA warning of a possible hijacking "or an act of sabotage against a commercial airliner." The information was linked to a group of Pakistanis based in South America http://archives.cnn.com/2002/ALLPOLITICS/09/1...

Billary....god NO!

If one has to vote for one of the corrupt canidates, then Hussein Obama is the only choice.

Since I hate "choosing the lesser of two evils", I am voting for Ron Paul. Logic, common sense and far less corrupt than McStain, ROmney/Kerry Jr/ Gooliani/Billary/Obama/ or Edwards

My HAIR!!!!! How dare you make a discouraging word about my hair!!!! I am 30 and have the same hair line I had at 16. If it starts receding, expect to hear from my attorney!(Note to self, borrow $400 and go to Edward's personal salon). Nahy, if it starts to escape, then I'll become a skinhead (in look, not in ideology)

G T F O, Deadwards? Naw, he's perfect for the Dems (rich WMA), but they'll go with Obama, IMO.

The Republicans, if they WANT TO WIN, will go with Ron Paul (who'd beat any Dem, as his policies would strip them of conservative and independents).

Alas, he's not corrupt enough.
