do you have to be so dramatic??...."wonderful "...as opposed to "un..wonderful"??? makes the rest of the police force seem "second rate"....

When they start closing the bars at 2:00 a.m.-- like most of the rest of the country, and the world, stuff like this will dramatically decrease...my prayers for the officer & his family.
As for the scumbag driver, I hope he gets 30 years in prison...

Why is it the bars fault? Its the own guys fault... Do they know every one they serve drives ??? Clearly you cant monitor a drunks every move but if you see him driving call the cops immediatley. He went in the bar knowing he was gonna drink. He is the murderer , not the bartender!

out after midnight are either DWI or DUI. It's a safe bet that whoever a cop stops, can be given a ticket. What kind of looosers nowadays go to bars anyway?

It has nothing to do with bars closing at 2:00!!!
People will just consume more alcohol before 2:00.

It has to do with a person being responsible when they drink.
Don't get behind the wheel.
