The guy has no record in his whole life...why are you all-of-a-sudden deciding that something happened to you? Sounds like a pile of lies to me...cause if it were true you wouldn't be online about it. I've heard of plenty of girls saying that stuff when it's not true..you shouldn't mess with people like that it's not funny

Thanks Bill! These girls don't realize that they will go to jail for making false statements and accusations.

Bill & Lynn a big THANK YOU to you both, these girls are only hurting themselves and more people than they care to know about. Alot of the accusations are not only going to hurt the accused but will come back to hurt them as well. All too often people see the $$$ sign as a way out but it doesn't always work. Get a life, get an education, and find in life there is no easy way out without maintaining honesty, pride, integrity, and morality!

25 years......Didn't that guy in the papers that mutilated his own daughter's genitals and got her pregnant only get 5 years? And how about the guy that went to jail for rape for 20 years and they finally got around to doing a DNA test and realized they had the wrong guy in jail for 15 years. This is your justice. My only hope for the new year is that none of my relatives get blamed for something they didn't do. I personally am afraid of "justice".

Wow - You took the words right out of my mouth.
All these girls are coming forward now because of this 10 year old girl. They were probably ashamed and afraid when it happen to them but then they see he's doing this to 10 year olds. Raping or kidnapping someone is not normal but then to do it to a 10 year old girl. Can you imagine the fear of a 10 year old being snatched off her bike and eyes taped shut and mouth taped shut.
I think these girls are brave for coming forward and their finally fed up they want the truth to be known. And they know they need to step forward to stop it. Some people keep doing bad things and get away with it for so long they think they are unstoppable. But sooner or later they get caught. He's been caught and we'll see this go to trial and everyone who made stupid comments will realize they made a huge mistake. You people don't know the facts and your passing judgement and making the girls who are coming forward feel bad saying their doing it for money. Their not doing it for money they just stopping what they should have stopped when it happened to them.
All of you who are making stupid comment never had something like this happen to you, you need to walk a mile in someones shoes before you can say anything.

You need to go to the police.

If he or anyone else has done this to you they need to be stopped. All of these people commenting don't know the facts. They'll never know when to stop passing jugdement until it happens to one of there kids. Call the Hauppauge Police Dept ask for the detective in charge. Tell them what happen.

I bet you will find out your not the only one whos decided to come forward.

The papers said the 10 year old girl was taken off her bike, put in a car, driven two blocks with taped hands and eyes and let go. You are confusing this story with the Kings Park rape case which quietly went away. This girl was not the one who was raped. She was let go. You are confusing stories.

You say to stick to the facts- the fact is that we are all innocent until proven guilty. It is also a fact that people can go to jail making false accusations. I have kids, too and something is not right. Step back and see it or are you involved in this particular case?

How dare you trash Marines. They are the first one in to make it safe for the army to come in. They are the ones sent to the streets of Bagdad searching building by building. They are the ones in Iwo Jima putting the flag back up when they conquered the hill.

Marines are disciplined and respectful. But most of all, they are dying for our very freedom so you can sit here and judge people. Marines implemented the "toys for Tots" and volunteer every year. Shame on you.

When you all go to sleep tonight, pray for all the soldiers that didn't make it home. Semper Fi!

I love the U.S. Marines, but this is not about the Marines. It is about a man in jail that this forum has tried and convicted. What if he is ONLY a former U.S. Marine and NOT a kidnapper. There NEVER was a rape or even attempted rape in anything I read. The rapist was in Kings Park and to my knowledge, they have never caught anyone.

The point is, what if he isn't the man? What if they found the man who did it doing it to another child? Or what if it was someone who knew the family and wanted to make a point to them. Most kidnappers are relatives or someone the family knows.

I am not trying to justify....I am just leaving it to a higher authority because HE knows the truth.

Yeah NORMAL people grab 10 year old little girls off their bike cover their mouth because there screaming and crying for their mother. Then throw a little girl in the car. Then drive around to then throw them out of the car...hmmm. Thats normal. What was that an April Fools joke?
Then they get arrested and confess... oh wait that was an April Fools joke too. Oh wait it's not April! Let me tell you if I confess to a crime it something I did...I'm not laying my reputation and life on the line just because I'm tired of answering questions. He's a Marine he was trained better then that!

Your right - WAITING but you forgot one thing. He handcuffed her and duct taped her hands and mouth according to the paper. I'm sure there were finger prints on that duct tape. No matter how careful you are TAPE has adhesive and lots of clues stick to it. Maybe thats why he hasn't been let out???? People should think before they comment.

To "Waiting"- that's my point exactly. It doesn't make sense to pick up a little girl and not take her miles away if you had a purpose in mind.

My nephew got accused of breaking into a store 10 years ago and after 8 hours of the constant "in your face" accosting and the promise that he could go home, he signed a confession, too. He never went to trial and they did find the guilty person but it happens. Oh and my nephew asked for a lawyer and guess what- he was told no.

To "NYC"- you are right that there will be fingerprints on that tape. But, that's not a reason that anyone has not been let out, as you say. That wouldn't come up until trial.

Peace to all, especially the little girl and may God bless that Marine if he is innocent. God bless America.
