As if it wasnt enough for this kid that hit that trooper....Do you REALLY know if he was doing 75 not 65??? Really? How about charging the girl who caused the whole thing? Manslaughter for her maybe?

They don't how fast he was going. They're going by what he told them probably after they coerced him in to making that statement.
As for the woman, she's guilty of some things, but not the death of the trooper.
The dumbass cops are responsible for that themselves.

NJ cops are the most corrupt in the country. The NJ State Police have been corrupt since their inception. They will never tell you the whole truth, and they certainly will never accept responsibility for their own screw ups. And they're going to bury that woman under the jail.

But that's better than what the NJ police did to her brother a few weeks before this incident. He had mental issues and was not taking his medication. For some reason his mother called the police for help. They sent in the SWAT team who shot the guy dead.
Problem solved.

You're either just another corrupt NJ cop, or one of their relatives.
Leave the conversation to people who actually care about the rule of law.

Why would you even type such a classless thing? That officer had three children.

Because it was their own fault for not controlling traffic while they were running around a busy freeway playing Army Rangers.
By the way, the woman who they will blame this on also has children, and she used to have a brother. The NJ police shot and killed him in his house while he was unarmed.

I'm surprised that she was not charged with manslaughter, however I suspect that they are going to present that charge directly to a grand jury. According to what I have read, her actions would support the statute.

Either way, she's trash. She will get hers in the end.

if you knew anything about what happened that day then you would know that the officer was getting out of his car to "control" the traffic getting onto the highway and the had most of the highway and side streets shut down when he was struck its not the officers fault that the kid couldn't see the bright white car with all them flashing lights on it yea he should be ticketed and for the girl that cause it all id give her life cause she told the cops a b.s. story of an armed man that was in the car with her causing that whole situation to unfold if it were not for her actions then the officer would not have been hit so until you know what actually happened dont open your mouth and try and blame the officer
