Kewanee is a town about 20 miles west of Tiskilwa and about 30-35 minutes east of the Quad Cites.

At 14, it's not uncommon to see people in rural areas such as Kewanee taking their kids out on the road to learn how to drive. Kewanee's population is about 13,000. Not quite the scale that Fresno or Palo Alto, CA.

Guees you just have to live in a rural area to understand the reasons.

the location given by the princeton person isn't quite accurate and the place where the accident happened is no where near a "rural area" it is in the heart of a residential area. as for labeling our town as housing 14yr old meth heads, not very accurate either.

It's very accurate. All of Kewanee is a Rural area. Whether it's in the middle of the town or out on a country road, Kewanee is a rural community.
