What about Jon Jagers, he gets away with everything, must be the city's favorite do nothing cop. Sleeps with his fellow officers wifes, has been on workmans comp for almost a year with a bum ankle. He can sure drywall and ride his motorcycle and be at a bar all night. The city must love to pay overtime to the other officers who actually do work!!!
