I wonder if the killer was one of those murderous Islamists from the Pacific islands of the Phillipines? We will not be allowed to hear he is Muslim if so.

I am very saddened by this news and don't know a soul at the church, I don't even know what a Micronesian church is. This is a terrible tragedy, my heart goes out to your town and to its people, and especially the victims' families, please accept my sincerest condolensces at this very terrible, tragic, and sensitive time. My prayer is that may God bless you at this very saddest of times!!!

Thank God the suspect atleast let the children leave the room, else there is no telling how many would have lost their life.

None of us are safe anywhere any more. People are shot and killed at churches, schools, universities, offices, shopping malls, in trains (subways) etc.

The recent shootings in Newark, NJ, reminds us of troubled times we live in. The President has just about told the States and the local municipalities that they should not expect funds from the Federal government and that, protecting people is their job. Violent crime is up because all the Federal dollars are going to Iraq - the Black Hole Mr. Bush created.

Oh right it's Bush's fault. Maybe you should look at the immoral atheistic society that the liberals are trying to foist upon everyone.

Yes indeed, leave it to an inept dolt like the above to attempt to connect this tragedy with President Bush and The United States Military fighting in Iraq.
It's democRat voting morons like Tim who are responsible for the vast majority of crime in the US. When prisoners are asked which party they support 96% come back with the answer, "democRat." It's no wonder the so-called inclusive democRatic party tried to pass a law giving convicted felons the right to vote.
The president is correct, it's about time spoon-fed slackers like Tim learned to protect himself and his community instead of sitting around like a bloated rosie o'donnell passing gas.

Does everything have to be about politics? People were being murdered and countries have been at war long before this nation even existed. My sympathies to the families, best wishes for the injured for a speedy recovery, and my God grant the rest of you the ability to actually use the brains He gave you!!!

It is a shame, how a wonderful and amazing God can allow this type of thing to happen in his house. Surely he will punish this person with eternal damnation and take away his priveleges such as 70 or more virgins after death.

Tim's comment makes a lot more sense that the moron that assumes it must have been a muslim and they'll hide that fact if it was true.

You must be on Alpo. Just how is this Mr. Bush's fault? Didn't A-Holes with guns exist before we had this boob in office? I'm no fan of the president but can some of us stop being psychotic and deal with reality? Crime goes up when several things happen; Responsible fatherhood goes down, drugs/alcohol become acceptable, church and state become seperate, people become so self-absorbed they no longer have a sense of shame or recognize common decency. That's what caused this, not guns, not lame politicians, not legal loopholes.

Yeah, since when is it the government's job to control crime? Do it yourself. and you should learn to repair the roads and bridges in your communities and quite asking the wealthy pukes to pay their fair share in taxes to fix them. how dare you ask the wealthy for THEIR money for the common good. ;)

We do ask the rich to pay their fare share of taxes.

According to a Congressional Budget Office analysis, Effective Tax Rates Under Law, 2001 to 2014, shows that the income tax remains highly progressive.
The very highest income earners pay the overwhelming majority of federal income taxes. The top 1% of income earners pay about 32% of all income taxes. The top 5% pays 51.4%. The top 10% of high income earners, pay 63.5%. The top 20% of income earners pays 78% of all federal income taxes. The remaining 80% pay only 20% of the tax burden.

I don't know who this gunman is ,but it seems to me that most of these gunmen seem to be forign people and should not have guns anyway.
I think these people should be tried for their crimes and put away.
For pete sake we don't need to out law guns.
That is crazy. We need to stop illegal
people from comming into this country.
As long as Bush and Chainey are in charge
we are going to have things like this happen.
Bush wants illegals in this country.
He is trying to break this country and do away
with our Constitution. Wake up America.
