It appears as though frackin has been deleted, and may be blocked, I don't know. If he is, eventually he will find another ISP address to post from if he so desires, and tal has apparently gone into self-imposed exile.

I only came up here to tell what it looks like to me and noticed no one has spoken in 2 1/2 days.

tal has not gone into exile. Just getting my post formulated,again, so that I can ask honest questions, and have our stories told hopefully without the prior madness. Im hoping to get what I want said without the anger, or having to lower myself to ways I didnt want to go. My motto: You get what you give. Hopefully I dont have to give that way again.

You never had to "give that way" in the first place. You chose to do so. They didn't "make" you react to them the way you did. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions! You choose how you react or don't react to people and events. You knew throwing gasoline onto the fire wouldn't help matters, but you did it anyway because you were angry. Next time, don't burn the place down, take as much time as you need to calm down, then act.

Actually I was the calm one. Otherwise I wouldnt worked as hard as I did to them or even gone so far as to tell them that I was trying to show them how they look. After having read so many of the forums about the problems these people went through, I noticed so much of the 'real story' parts of the stories have suddenly disappeared. Why? Only the real troublemakers nasty comments are left behind, and the reality of what brought it all on is now gone. Don't people have the right to state their cases without being removed? Is there a fear that the truth will set the innocent free? He may not have been the nicest in telling his story, but then what was done to him has downright vicious. No wonder people are afraid to be honest. Why bother? Now the posts are nothing more than half truths. Makes me wonder how much I can trust any of the other posts in this forum. At least there was something to work with before. The troublemakers should have been reported for abuse. How many of them are just built on lies? Like the one about the hospital. Can anything anyone said, good or bad, be trusted? Or is someone going to say the wrong thing, scare someone about the truth coming out, and be deleted? With only the good things left behind?

I think a downside of a member profile is that the topix admin can delete the profile's entire history of posts much easier. The upside is stability and credibility.

PS--I would only look around at the fustercluck up here occasionally, I popped in about the time Frackin was removed, ain't no skin off my nose. I've only spoken to clarify what seems to be going on. However, I'm sure he can still get back on here. If he does, it's a clean slate.

I would ask 'does everyone agree?' if there were actually anyone left to ask.

The credibility was removed and the stability was shaken when the credibility was deliberratly trashed and then removed. How does half stories create stability? And where is stability if the whole story is not being told without other jerks coming in and waylaying the story? I have my times when I'm so angry that I might ramble on. But that is no excuse for the accusations of meth head and other uncalled for remarks that were made. The ones with that kind of crap are the ones who fueled the fire. And yet, they remain. Talataos was a basic bystander, someone who could see the anger and tried to explain the stories in ways that were not angry, mean, or (in the beginning) demeaning. What right did they have to trash her the way they did her son? They stated they had proof, and offered it. And still got trashed. I meant the upside of having a member profile is stability and credibility. The downside of having a member profile is that the profile and all it's history can be deleted at the discretion of the site's administration. The upside again is that the site admin is too overwhelmed with requests for review and they only glance and remove the most idiotic, over the top, dangerous profiles.

This was an excellent chance for him to re-enter and try to calmly state what his issues were.

well, I dont know about any reenter or trying to state anything calmly. It seems to me that the same thing would have happened, considering tala DID try to state both their situations and issues calmly, and look at what was done to her. I'm not trying to start anything with you, just trying to understand how someone can start to write about their issues then be put in the shituation as it was. Neither one, including frakin, went off the deep end with the accusations. Neither one was quite literally caught lying. If they had, you can bet the others would have been all over it! The ones I would consider as dangerous are the ones who were attacking without bothering to find out the whole story. Like the one who was making he same kind of complaints while saying they were just whining. And the ones that the posts were about in the first place. The dangerous thing is, if you can't have your say without the other crap happening, then why bother to say it? From what I read, frakin had been quiet about it for something like 10 years. Now he's finally so frusrated that he starts a forum, and, well... you know the rest. I know tala is nervous about trying again when her computer comes back. Inside info, my aunt. Does she have reason to be? Would either one actually be allowed to have their say without the fear of being cut off? AND did anyone ever consider the idea that the quiet one is the dangerous one? Tala told my aunt that if they were going to worry about anyone behind their backs, they might want to watch out for her! She's the one who taught him that people were better than what they have come across. Her faith has been so badly shaken in the process that she's almost willing to sell her soul.

What's different now is that I am here and was planning to attempt a resolution at least as far as topix goes. I'm an ed from Indy, like one rung under a moderator, and I once may have had some of the same problems, at least up to the point of upper level felonies and federal penitentiaries.

But if they don't care, I'll go back south, take it or leave it.
