My son goes to Southern Catholic College in Dawsonville. We fell in love with the area and are very interested in moving from snowy Massachusetts. We have family in Norcross and Lawrenceville but we love the idea of living at Gold Creek. In my research I found that Gold Creek was sold to Foothills Developement Corp and will rebuild the course and surrounding area?? Is this true? What happens to the current homes? Is there a layout or plan to view? Sorry for so many questions......but we were/are close to pulling the trigger on moving.
