Miss Wisconsin 2008 Briana Lipor and three other former Miss Wisconsins will be the emcees at the Miss Wisconsin preliminaries and for the crowning night: Kimberly Blohowiak -- Thursday MISS WISCONSIN 1989 Kimberly began her pageant involvement at the age of 16 when she was crowned Miss Wisconsin T.E.E.N. She was crowned Miss Wisconsin in 1989.
