Police: Appleton Massage Therapist Arrested for Sexual Assault

James S. Storm, aka Stiebs, 41 is facing four counts of 4th degree sexual assault, according to a news release from the Appleton Police Department.

You can also file complaints against any LMT with the WI massage licensing board http://dsps.wi.gov/Default.aspx... and with any professional organization a therapist belongs to, such as ABMP or AMTA (in this case I know Mr. Storm was not a current member of AMTA.)
