This is the most unprofessional plumbing company I have ever used. They destroyed my house when trying to fix the problem at hand.Everything they did was by trail and cost me 1200.00 for them then another 1800.00 to fix the stuff they destroyed. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

This is the owner, I highly suspect this is a bogus post and totally untrue. If you have a real problem you would need to contact the office and take care if professionally or through the BBB and not via the web

They are worse than any of the posts above could say. a simple water heater replacement turned into $4K in damage, and is not resolved as of 1.8.2009.

Well,NederlandHomeowner.... Maybe you need to take up your issues with your home warranty company. Do your homework on what your poilcy covers and what they do not cover...that should clear up your issues. I would read the fine print before paying for any warranty on my home. AHS tells golden Triangle plumbing what they can and can't fix.

Yes folks it really is true. Im sorry sally but the guys you got working for you out of VIDOR are living up to the hype. They have been to my home once and did absolutley nothing but was happy to collect the 60 bucks, and just today was very rude to my wife on the phone. the only way we keep getting these guys is through home warranty. This company is not being ran professionally and this will be taken up with the BBB

Totally agreed... last time these guys were sent, I had to buy the needed parts. They were recently sent again and repaired absolutely nothing. Good news for everyone is AHS also uses Pipe Down. These guys are great and fixed all of our problems the first time. Also did not have to give them a ride to store to pick up parts. I was originally going to post to BBB only, but after the manager was rude, I'm coming for your license. I will go to Texas plumbing license with this!

Just had this company out for AHS warranty repair. Took $60 and did nothing. Heard him on phone with AHS rambling about what he couldn't do, but pretty funny, the slack guy there never even looked at or touched what he was talking about, watched him the whole 15 minutes he was there. Pretty pathetic escuse for a company and repair, take the trip charge and run!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE. This company is very unprofessional. The plumber who came to my house did not fix the problem instead he left my kitchen sink without water. They also charge too much for their services when they do not know how to work. The plumber also had a really bad attitude and he did not seem to know what he was doing. They need to hire people who know what they are doing and know how to treat their customers.

I read these posts before using Golden Triangle Plumbing. I will post my unbiased opinion and experience.

Good: The leak inside my wall was fixed. The plumber did notify me that the leak on my sink was not covered ahead of time therefore did not repair it.

Bad: Company did not return my phone calls. It has been two weeks since I have left messages. Again, the good thing is the leak was fixed and I don't think I need them anymore. However, if I actually needed to get a hold of them, this situation would be quite difficult. I left messages twice to the voicemail of "Sally". "Sally" appears to be the owner of this company from the previous above posts. As a small business owner myself, there seems to be quite a disconnect between the owner and the business. The previous posts from the owner seems to be defensive rather than providing superior customer service and finding solutions.

The service call was scheduled between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. I took time off from work to be there during these times, but the plumber didn't come until 4:30pm.

The estimate to fix the leaking sink was $125. I am not sure if that is the charge just to look at it since it is not covered under the homeowners insurance. I have no problem with it not being covered. I am not sure if $125 is high or not. Just stating my experience.

Plumber told me someone would call me to followup but haven't received a call yet.

This was just my experience, take it as you wish. I went into it with an open mind and gave them a chance. I will call someone else next time.

1.You stated your problem was fixed. I do not understand why you called for 2 weeks. We service our AHS customers within 48 hours as required unless the homeowner request otherwise.

2. Our phones are answered by a LIVE person 24 hours a day not an answering service or machine. Only time you would get a voicemail asking you to leave a message is if we were on 2 lines at once assisting other customers. We return all calls promptly and disregard messages regarding situations with customers that have already been handled appropriately.

3.Feel free to call us at anytime with questions or concerns about your repairs. We do not "follow-up" unless further repairs are needed that are covered under your American Home Shield warranty or we have to special order a part for you.

4. If we arrived 30 minutes late we apologize for your inconvenience.

5. You stated you would not call us back out again. I am sorry you feel that way. From your post it seems we did provide you with the service we are required to provide you with AHS.

We are more than happy to make to right of any situation that has gone wrong for you with Golden Triangle Plumbing.
If we do not know who you are we can't do anything.

I just paid Golden Triangle Plumbing over $250 to repair a water leak on a 90 degree angle on a 1" PVC pipe. Repair job took less than 20 minutes. I would have felt better handing them my money if they had of at least held a gun on me. Of course, you can't be robbed if you agree to the terms before the work is done as I did. All I can say is, they will never get a call from me to do any work at my house again for what they charge to do a very simple job.

Ben dover, We gave you a price on the work before hand. The job actually cost $200. your $60 was from your deductible. Once again a AHS customer that is upset because he or she does not read their policy. You were given a bid to do the job and agreed to pay us. If it would have taken 4-5 hours the cost would have been the same. Going to the doctor or an attorney would cost way more than $200. But its not important to have water to your home. I apologize you think we overcharged us but once again you never called the owner or service manager about the cost. Instead come on a website to bash a company. I will be glad to refund your money and put your water line back the way it was. It just amazes me when an individual thinks time is what your paying for. IT IS KNOWLEDGE. if you knew how to fix it then you could have done it yourself.

these guys are horrible.. they handle the warranty work for American home shield.. I can't wait until my contract expires with home shield because I have been taken to the cleaners too many times by this fly by night bunch at gt plumbing.. use a reputable company and run from these clowns.. they really are as bad as everyone is saying on here.

I have used this company for many repairs through AHS. I can say that I have not had any problems with employees or the work they did. I heard from someone, not sure if it's true; but Sally no longer is overseeing this business. If it is indeed the truth I feel that this business will only continue to grow & provide nothing but A+ service to their customers. Customer service is so very important in any business, if you have someone that is being rude to customers and doesn't care about what they have to say then that will definitely destroy a small business. I wish the guys at Golden Triangle Plumbing the best!
