A Nederland resident (whose screen name is MommyRock) wrote about the differences in her new home, Nederland, and her old home, Maplewood, NJ, specifically with respect to the cost of living on a website called Maplewood Online Discussion Board. See under the topic "why the cost of living disparity" currently on page two. The owner of the site, dave, responded that “Maybe Nederland is a low-cost bulk pick-up haven, a competitive advantage for those who desire the low-cost bulk pick-up lifestyle.” Your communuity seems nice and I thought that you might like to leave some messages of what you think of such a description of your community.
