Nazareth Restaurant Owner Charged With Assault

A South Whitehall Township man who allegedly fondled a woman in a restaurant he owns has been arrested on indecent assault charges, Nazareth police said.

Yeah, This seems to take place in alot of places, like the Valley Diner off of 191. Angel the cook fondels all of the women there. I know this for sure. These guys are sick!!! He is going to court over fondeling a former waitress there and she quit because the owner wouldn't do anything about it.... he doesn't want to loose his cook, he can always get another waitress.. Joe's thinking is stupid and he is a bastard to work for!!! He also pays everyone under the table. Someone like channel 69 should do an investigation on this Diner.

I wish someone would do an undercover report at the Valley Diner off 191. The owner, Joe, is a bastard and doesn't care about his waitresses. What a Jerk, and I hope Angel's wife reads this. She should know how he is with the waitresses. He is such a discusting pig. This happens all over and never gegs reported because there is noone who will put their 3.00 an hour plus tip job on the line if they really need that money. It is so sad.

I think an investigative piece on all restaurants like this. How about the Crossroads over on 378. He got busted for it. This one and I know most of us can tell a story of a waitress who has been molested by the owner. They think they own the women, like back in the 'old country'/
