Never used t be that way. Did you panhandle in Mendocino? Nope, neither did I. Hell in a handbasket.

Living in the woods, on the street and in cars, whatever should not be allowed. It used to be against the law. Stop supporting the homeless with food and shelters. Most are not local and come thru word of mouth about the good food, etc. Most are mental and on drugs.
