Police: ACORN worker in video reported couple

Police say a worker with the activist group ACORN who was caught on video giving advice about human smuggling to a couple posing as a pimp and a prostitute had reported the incident to authorities.

Hilarious .... simply hilarious. Lets see...a good analogy might be...a guy walks into my office and says "I want to rob a bank". I say "really?" No problem. I tell them the right bank to hit. Tell him how to talk to the bank manager. I offer to drive the car to the bank. I give them directions inside the bank. Tell them where the guns can be found. Even tell them the teller's name and the combination to the safe.
After awhile...a few days, weeks, whatever (who knows when they figured it out) I say to myself...holy geez... I might be found out for wanting to help bank robbers...what do I do now...AHHH grasshopper....call the police....on them, ummm myself...ummm oh forget it.

OK, so it wasn't an actual "reporting" to the police. The more interesting story here is that THIS is what the Sentinel chooses to report, rather than the corruption of ACORN.

it is kind of sad how the media have abandoned their mission to expose corruption and malfeasance among public entities. In the past a show like 60 Minutes or Frontline would be all over this but they won't touch an organization that claims progressive politics as its core mission. The same goes for allegations of racism at Planned Parenthood or the hypocrisy of Code Pink

What kind of fair play should it get? The guy waited TWO DAYS! And then it wasn't so much to report it as it was to ask his cousin how to cover his arse! He still gave them advice! The fair play is that yet another ACORN office shows a willingness to turn a blind eye to lawlessness. What's worse is that they've been proven to be perfectly comfortable with sexual slavery!

He contacted his cousin after they didn't call him on his cell phone about the "pick up" and guilt set in. After he didn't get the call, he got scared and worried!
