Can someone please explain to me what the term "Holla" means?

It can mean call, as in "okay man, I'll holla at you later"

OR

It can also mean Bye, as in "Hollllllaaaaa"

OR

It can mean talk, as in "Come holla at me for a minute"

It's definitely a verb!!!! HAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!
