Just saw a sign out front of old Beaudions Pizza for Bayou Gator Cafe. When will they be open and what all will be on the menu? Is it a deli or real cajun food and seafood?

We have a excellent eatery on Bossier Street called Magnolia's Grill. She has a wonderful lunch. Everything is homemade. You will not see a SESCO truck drive up there.

There is a GREAT Cafe here in Natchitoches. The name of it is K.C.'s cafe, located on South Drive next to Church's Fried Chicken. Everything I have ever had there is terrific. Great Service too!

The restaurant will open in 2012 and the menu will consist of creole, southern and seafood as well as a bar menu.

2012...?!?! Why so long? The restaurant sounds great, but get real. I've worked for several companies and it takes 3-5 days to go from an empty building with no carpet or anything, to being OPEN for business. Not trying to be mean, but so many places in town go out of buisness, and that is missing WAY to many months of income. Really looking forward to this place opening, just would like to know why so long.

We're currently supporting the US Military overseas and our commitment overseas will not end until Dec. Once we open, we plan to be in business for a very long time, so we're not rushing it.

I apologize for the long wait, but trust me when I say it will be worth it!

You are right..Magnolia's is excellent. Food's as down home as you can get and the people behind the counter are real nice, real friendly. I sure wish they were open on Sundays.
