Of course she is a racist! She was placed there by the biggest racist in Natchitoches Parish, Jimmy Long! Being a racist is the only requirement to be in leadership positions in Natchitoches Parish.

You are so wrong. Jimmy Long is not a racist. You do not know the man personally. I do.... and although I am not a supporter of his brother Gerald(who I feel has done NOTHING since he was elected)Jimmy is a decent individual. And raciest he is NOT.

I have known him alot longer than you have and I can say that he is the worst kind of racist! He has made his living off of taking advantage of the poor blacks in Natchitoches. He has sold them poor quality products at top prices. He has rode the band wagon of Uncle Earl and has lined his pockets with his deception. He has used his office to direct money from taxpayers of the state to benefit local businesses and made special deals with them behind closed doors for those favors. He is the driving force behind Gerald! Gearld has never accomplished anything in his life before getting elected. He failed as a teacher, failed as a insurance salesman, and held a job a NSU as Director of FCA on NSU payroll. He used that volunteer positon (for which he received approx.$70,000 p/y)to lauch his political career. He totally abused church and state policy to advance his career. SHAMEFUL! Jimmy also arranged for his twice convicted felon brother to obtain a job at the LTC in Shreveport. Any other felon in the state would not be allowed to hold such a position.
I have noticed that it didn't take long for Gerald to find his cash cow! If you notice the committees he is own is also the committees his cousin Mike Smith also held and made sizeable profits. Gerald is just a place holder for Mike Smith and Jimbo Long! It's the tried and true O.K. Allen move. Gerald can't wipe his ass without Mike and Jimmy.
Jimmy Long used Ben Johnson to get re-elected again and again. When Jimmy lost against Taylor Townsend, he (Jimmy) started the slander campaign against Ben. The truth of the matter is that it was the white voters who beat Jimmy Long.
Jimmy is a two-faced liar that will stab anyone in the back to get ahead. You need to pull back the curtain on the Little Wizard of Ozz and you will see that he is just a small, little man making alot of noise. He once made the statement that he could get away with anything in the State of Louisiana and get away with it! The only time the Longs get convicted is when the FBI gets involved. I'm very suprised that he has gotten away with all that he has done so far.
We, as voters, need to get all of the damn Longs off the political public welfare system and make them get a real job like the rest of us.

I know that this is an old post,but I just couldn't read it without commenting on it.I beg the differ with you about saying negative things about Grimmett, b/c I couldn't pass her classes.I graduated in 2008 with an Accounting Degree and with 3.2 GPA,(meaning passed all Grimmett's classes with A's and B's).I also have a friend graduated in the same thing, with a 4.0 GPA and she agrees with me about Grimmett.It's not negative,it's the TRUTH, sorry.It's just that with "MY" experience with her, she can't teach at ALL and she's NOT a good instructor. Like I said to each it's on, your experience was better than mine.
