Water levels swelled to a record depth in Missouri and officials began telling some residents of Memphis to prepare for evacuation on Friday as flooding worsened along the mighty Mississippi River.

Im scared to go home with my kids to caruthersville . Me and my kids or from a different state we not used to this kid of problem. I dont know what to do!!
