As Starbucks shareholders waded through gun protesters for an annual meeting this week, coffee connoisseurs in Natchez had a more peaceful pick-me-up. But even a Southern coffee shop isn't opinion free when it comes to the topic of openly carrying loaded weapons.

It all goes back to the question of whether or not auto thieves should be hanged like horse thieves. The auto manufacturers were against it because if your car was stolen, you collected the insurance money and then bought a new car.
After that, the Police told everybody that they will do it all and that Citizens were not to help the Police.
Judges followed in suit by giving out heavy sentences to life for those who shot a thief/robber/burgler in the act, inside or outside the home/business even though you theoretically have a right to protect yourself with weapons.
So the youngsters of the 70's and 80's were taught that it is wrong to protect yourself, even throwing a fist, much less carrying a gun in adulthood.
So there you have the recent history of gun control laws, starting in the 1960's and onward.
Since we now face the end of the world, it would be a good idea for everyone to carry 2 guns for the riots that are going to break out in America, sometime within the next 31 months, presumably. If there are no riots, then no harm done and yes, you should have the right to protect yourself.
God did say in the Ten Commandments, thou shalt not kill. And that is applicable to today. So what the god Moses and God did were to setup a system of throwing stones, or stoning some evil person to death. Since there is no way for someone to determine who threw the fatal stone, everyone who participates is off the hook. Great system, eh?
If Americans would adopt the same system of stoning crooks to death, there would be no crime rate, now would there?
However, lets face it: guns are here to stay! And the gun manufacturers want you to buy guns so that they make money and can make more guns. The latest and deadliest gun to be produced now is a 50 caliber gun that can kill anything on earth, as their saying goes.

Crime control not gun control!
If those idiots (politicians) control our guns, they can have their police or military control us. Eventually they will tell us what we can think about. People will eventually be in such fear then they will turn in their neighbors and own family to protect their own butts! This could never happen in this modern world you say! You are so misinformed! Do research into communist societies throughout the world then talk to me. Do not ever let THEM take away any of our freedoms! They can be removed from their positions! They know I am correct too. Get all your people together and slowly take the necessary steps to get the right people in key political positions for the next election. Do not tell me that is years away. How do you think the fools got themselves in there? Slowly planned each step and very quietly over years and nobody noticed. Do the same thing and get the people you want in the right positions.

From the article:
Police Chief Mike Mullins said:
“My professional recommendation is out of sight, out of mind,” Mullins said.“If you are going to carry a weapon, keep it out of plain sight.”
So Chief, your Officers carry concealed eh?

The correct quote should be "Thou shalt not MURDER." (emphasis mine)
The idiots in Rome couldn't get half the information correct if they tried.
If you want a correct reading of the tablets which Moses brought down from the mount, then read the Torah.

Technically, in the 10 Commandments, it says, thou shall not murder.
