Clara Harris, the Friendswood dentist convicted of running over her husband after finding him with his mistress, must pay her in-laws $3.75 million for their pain and suffering.

i think that your husband got exactly what he derserved. he could have told you that he was with someone elase and it just wasnt working out...it would have been hard but you would have gotten over it. he chose to be self-centered and arrogant and therefoe got what was in store for him.i dont believe you hurt him intentionally...i think you were just confused and hurt like any other normal human being would be:(

why do GOLFA's need "INDEMNISAR's" and for that matter what is an "IDEMNISAR"? And the sentence structure...all so wrong. Incomplete sentences "THAT LITTLE MOTHER!" and capital letters where lowercase ones are appropriate. I just bet you was deported from here, right?

Anyhow, this woman committed a crime. She ran over someone. She is lucky she isnt awaiting a ride to the Death House in beautiful Downtown Huntsville, Texas, inline for a tasty needle filled with "fun juice".

Now I agree the husband is, well was, scum. And yes, whatever prison she should have been sent to, he should be buried under it. But it didnt work out that way. She assumed (and we all know what happens when you "assume", you make a "ass" out "u" & "me") that running over him was a "smart" (she was a dentist right? they have to have some sense dont they???) thing to do. She is very lucky to just get hit in the wallet instead of taking her life.

I agree with biggy dawggy. She should have just taken his dumb butt to the cleaners. She had the evidence to make it stick. I caught my ex the same way. I walked away. He married his mistress and now he's a miserable SOB. I know because we still talk. No sense in being hatefull.

I think that the in-laws are money grubbing PIGS! Do you really think that $3.75 mil is going to relieve their pain from losing a child? NO!
Maybe if they had done a better job of raising an upstanding man instead of the cheating low-life David Harris was he would still be alive and their twin boys would have both their parents raising them instead of the cheating brother and his mistress.
Clara made the mistake by running over the husband ONLY... the home wrecking hussy should have been first to slide down the bumper.

Couldn't have said it better. Although I think the in-laws should think about a lawsuit against David Harris' "hussy"...after all, if not for her he may still be alive! Since it's all about the money lets make her pay for her dirty deeds as well.

If this had been the reverse, and it was David Harris that ran over Clara Harris...he would have gotten off anyway! Temporary insanity, crime of passion, heat of the moment....I doubt there would have even been a trial!

Wow you guys are harsh.
My X husband cheated on me. I got revenge by walking away from everything and letting her have him. I am glad the parents are getting some money. She doesn't need it. Maybe they will do some good for the children.
