bradshaw killing in bowling green

it appears to me that an off duty bailiff, who does not have any police authority outside a courtroom, shooting an unarmed man in a road rage incident, being put on administrative leave, instead of being charged for a crime, bears more investigation. mr. brown was not attempting to serve a warrant, he had no authority to stop mr. bradshaw for any reason. why is mr. brown being afforded special treatment ? he shot and killed an unarmed citizen. he was not arrested, he was not charged, he did not make bail. is this kentucky justice ? what the hell is going on ?
i would appreciate some specific answers on who decided he should not be arrested. i would like those answers based on fact of law.
thank you for your time

I agree! Why no answers yet? If I were his family I would be beside myself not only with grief but with disbelief at the lack of anything being done to bring justice to their loved one.

I have a friend in BG that knows both men. he said they had been into it in the past. not sure what or why or if it had any bearing on this incident. but, the bailiff is claiming self defense. hmmm....he walked up to his window and shot him....self defense??

The justice system in bg ky is a joke! If you su-ck one of them or give them a lump sum of money you can get away with anything. They are their own little klan.
